GOLDFISH SCOOPINGSmall goldfish swim in a shallow fish pond. The vendor will provide one small bowl and a small circlar net covered by thin paper. The paper will eventually break while soaking in the water. Use the net to catch as many fishes you can before the paper breaks into pieces.
RING TOSSINGThe ring toss is one of the most popular games at the night market in Taiwan. In Taiwan, the night market vendors will put layers of different prizes either on the floor or on wooden benches. Each play, there are around 10 rings made of bamboo. The player can then decide either to throw only one ring to the targeted prize (one by one) or to throw all the rings to the targeted prize at one time. If the bamboo ring encircles the target post, then the player wins the prize.

TAIWANESE PINBALLTaiwanese Pinball is one of the all-time favorite games in the night market. Grab a chair to sit in front of the machine. The player uses a flat plastic stick to push the glass ball up through the tunnel, then down through the different pins and finally down to the hole. There are about 20 glass balls per game. The prize depends on how many holes each of the 20 balls fall through.
